“Friendly Customer Service, speedy delivery, great product, and good price.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a tent, particularly lightweight ones.”
“I have recently purchased 2 Orson tents (Indie 2 and Tracker 2). So far I've tested them in both wind and rain and they have performed brilliantly. I like the fabric, weight and spaciousness inside. I like the fact the pole system largely supports the structure of the Tracker 2, where as the Indie is very dependent on the guy ropes and pegs.”
“Great service, fast delivery. Yet to properly try the actual product, but the team @Intents have certainly done their part by getting it to me. Cheers”
“Great product and fast service, got my order shipped the next day but would be great if you (I.O) choose a reliable courier partners to deliver for your customers. Castle parcels delivered my courier to someother address thats 3 street away from place and I have to lodge an enquiry to get my parcel back and its not the first time I have had an issue with them.”
“Product is always exactly what I want, great quality, great service, super fast delivery. Even got a note with some extra pegs/tie downs which was a really nice surprise!”
“I purchased a replacement cover and ladder for a different make of tent.. Len was so helpful in making sure it would fit.. absolutely awesome service..”
