My only issue with handling requests was that the support team took a while to figure things out, asking a lot of introductory questions even though I'd already explained everything. They eventually resolved the issue and found the error, but I would have preferred it to have happened sooner.”

They added useful context and additional information that complemented the lessons, especially when I needed to revisit certain concepts without watching the entire video.”
