“We purchased a beer fridge from Interlevin via Fridgesmart. We tried contacting Interlevin who would only speak directly with Fridgesmart. This fridge has never been used and is unable to hold a cold temperature. After personally paying for an engineer to confirm this shouldn't be happening with a new and unused fridge, Interlevin refuses to replace and recommends we pay to fix it. We are upset about being given a faulty fridge and even more upset about their reaction and refusal to replace.”
