Seller used third person to send money, I refunded money back but my usdt got frozen because buyer ignores me and don’t close the order, and appeal team ignores my evidences too. Says they can answer within the 14 days but I am unable to wait 14 days with frozen money because of the seller that violates your rules and uses third person in order.
