It was very interesting to see Oxford before heading to the studios! Unfortunately our tour guide seemed timid and not very engaging. But the bus ride to and from London was convenient and comfortable!

The pickup process was quick and easy but overall the drive wasn't great. Obviously the driver can't control traffic, so that wasn't his fault, but he was constantly quickly accelerating and then slamming on the brakes in the stop and go traffic. We will likely just take the train next time.

The trips are well-planned. Except for some delays due to traffic.

The transfer was late to the hotel because of traffic, although it may have been there for some time before they realized we were outside waiting. There seemed to be some confusion between the driver, service, and hotel staff.

Transport was comfortable. Time management of the tour was poor. From pick up to drop off we spent 8 1/2 hours on the bus and we were only allotted 45 minutes to tour Stonehenge.

Me and my friends love the trip to Oxford and Harry Potter's studios. The Guide was so nice and gentle. The problem was on the travel bus without air conditioning. Inside was so hot which felt very uncomfortable.

If your goal is to get from your cruise ship to your hotel, door-to-door (nearly), then this is a great service. If you intend to avail yourself of the tour aspect of the service then be prepared to RUN after your tour guide, no sluggards need apply.\n\nAt both Stonehenge and especially Windsor Castle, our guide sprinted between the bus and the attraction. He was out of sight even before the passengers had exited the bus. Sighting him was complicated by the fact that he would remove his International Friends jacket for a non descript blue shirt or swap on a backpack. His "sign" was a blue/black clipboard occasionally held high. If you did not follow, he muttered in particular British humor, "I know I'm missing someone, but I'm going anyway"\n\nHe was knowledgeable about the area, but the bus sound system made him difficult to understand. Otherwise the bus was cool and comfortable.\n\nTrue to the warning on the website, the bus departed only 10 minutes after the scheduled time, leaving 2 passengers at the cruise port.\n\nOverall, some pluses and minuses. Would still use them again after lacing up my trainers.

Please ask the driver not to play the radio for his own entertainment. I was sitting behind him and I did not want to listen to it. The woman sitting behind me, asked him to lower the volume but he did not take the hint and turn it off. He lowered the volume, but I could still hear it.\n\nMore commentary about the areas travelled through to get to Downton would be appreciated.

We love Downton Abbey and enjoyed seeing the locations where many scenes were filmed. Our only complaint is that we were #15 and #16 on a bus that is very comfortable for 15. We could not sit together unless both of us chose to sit in the rear seat with no recline at all and no window (we took turns on the rear row, as there was one single seat available elsewhere). For the price of this tour, I believe it would be wise to consider 15 a "sellout". We felt "second class" even though we booked months earlier and paid full fee.

Your staff (*** and ***) were really good. I'm giving 3 stars because of the bus and the pick-up; these features made the tour just "acceptable" \nBus - seats are really uncomfortable. I was sitting over the back wheel and felt every bump. I have a bad back - so this was an issue.\nPick-up - in the future, you should indicate when booking on the first Sunday of daylight savings time. Everyone on the tour indicated they almost missed this, and would have appreciated an email from the company either reminding us, or confirming the time.

The guide *** was easy to find when we disembarked at Southampton and the bus driver was excellent. We arrived at Bath and he took off very hard to keep up and I walk fast. There were others struggling. He apologised and when we got to Laycocl the same thing happened. He strode off. Ross the road round a corner and disappeared. It would be nice for the guide to make sure all his travellers get across the road. As we were a small group it was easy to lose sight of the others. There was a child with travel sickness from the long drive. A man with breathing issues and at London a lady with food poisoning from the lunch. It was a shame we were glad to get off the bus.

Our tour guide for Oxford and the Warner Bros Studio tour realty seemed like he did not want to be there.

Enjoyed the tours but had issues with the guide. He walked well ahead of 90% of the group so it was very difficult to follow him. We have no disabilities but could not keep up with him. When asked a question upon getting off the bus at Stonehedge, he was rude in answering the question. We sat toward the back of the bus and had difficulty understanding him. We did not provide a gratuity because of his attitude. \n\nThe driver was very good and helpful.
