“The tour was perfect for our needs ... needed to get from the cruise ship port in Southampton to our hotel in London. Also wanted to see Stonehenge somehow. Your tour itinerary (Southampton-Salisbury-Stonehenge-Windsor Castle-hotel) was a perfect fit. Salisbury and Windsor Castle were most enjoyable bonuses. Our tour guide "***" was great ... very informative, good humour, and took care to not lose anyone. Excellent value!”

“I really appreciated the information that our tour guide shared during the trip. Apart from Bath itself, that was the best part of the tour.\n\nMy only complaint is about the lack of options for the pub lunch. It should be stated in the website that there is only one option. I also didn't find the restaurant staff accommodating, nor did they seem glad they had customers. The staff's attitude unfortunately can not outweigh the place's history/uniqueness/ambience.”

“*** was a wonderful guide. We loved each of the stops. We could have used more time in Salisbury. The church was beautiful and we enjoyed the coffee shop. Stonehenge and Windsor Castle were great. I was so glad that we had tickets and did not have to wait in line. The line for shuttle to Stonehenge was long but it moved fairly well. Great transfer from Southampton. Contract driver Paul was a wonderful driver and quide to hotel.\n***”

“The drivers on both ways(from London to Southampton and back to London) were excellent, polite and very helpful. On our way back to London we had some trouble to find the car. Your driver didn't give up and looked for us, didn't leave the port till he found us. We had also assistance from your office and all in all we were very satisfied with your services. If we'll need such service next time when in England, we will not hesitate to contact you again.”

“Our "Cathedrals and Castles" tour to Canterbury, Dover and Leeds Castle was great from beginning to end. Our pick-up was prompt and our driver Caroline was very skilled and personable. Our guide Andrew was amazing - he is such a wealth of knowledge. We had enough time at each stop and did not feel rushed. We would recommend International Friends for your tours while in the U.K.”

“*** owns the place, he knows what is going with the archaeology investigation and latest findings. Feels like he traveled in time to actually derive what we can know so far. Also the experience of getting inside Stonehenge is one of a kind. Getting up on Sunday at 6 AM while adjusting time lag is certainly worth it. Thanks for this experience”

“I will definitely recommend International Friends to others. The service from our driver, ***, was outstanding. He was there respectfully early for our pick-up, extremely courteous and very customer-focused. *** even avoided a potentially dangerous accident when driving -- a flatbed truck carrying a large earth-moving machine struck a bridge overpass in the lane next to us. *** kept his cool and kept us away from the crumbling bridge and swerving truck. We're extremely grateful for his service and professionalism.”

“Our guide was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to figure out the things that most interested us and adapted the tour appropriately. He also made useful suggestions for restaurants and places to visit for the remainder of our time in the London area.”

“I would definitely recommend you for transfers. I really enjoyed the transfer from London to Southampton via Stonehenge. The driver was welcoming, friendly and humorous - other passengers were as well! \n\nThe only constructive feedback I would have is if there was a way to track when the bus was coming - having never used your company before, a transfer later than expected started to worry us (even though we understand how London traffic can be)!\n\nAll in all a great trip and we will look to you for potential day trips the next time we are in London.\n\nThanks for everything!”

“The process for joining up with our tour group upon debarkation could not have been easier. There were several International Friends Tour people at the dock and they were all very helpful steering us to the correct bus. Our tour guide, Ben, was outstanding -- knowledgeable, helpful, and entertaining. Our driver was equally helpful and considerate. We will definitely use International Friends in the future!”
