“It's been a while (3.5 months) since our use of International Friends for the Harry Potter Warner Bros studio/Oxford tour, but we all had a great experience and would recommend the company. The bus ride was a bit dull, not sure if a Harry Potter movie could be playing on the way up and back. I remember the guide being friendly and helpful.”

“I have been eagerly awaiting this email, asking me to review my experience with your company. My husband and I both were incredibly pleased and impressed with our tour guide, *** was knowledgeable, hilarious, timely, and one of the best highlights of our trip. ***managed to get us to Stonehenge before any other group and the absence of others made the moment even more special. *** also gave better commentary on the way out than we received on the Big Bus Tour we took later in the week. I could not be more pleased that we booked with your company. The tour and timing was excellent. The small van/bus we took was an excellent size and comfortable. The price was reasonable and worth it. Please send our praises on to ***! Sincerely, ***”

“(1) Note that this feedback email went to my Junk mail box, so it is lucky that I spotted it\n(2) The tour (Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath) went well, but it is a very tight itinerary so we were fortunate to be travelling at a time when there were no queues or travel disruption\n(3) We were told by the driver guide to join the wrong queue at Windsor Castle. There was a long Groups queue which we were told to join, even though we were buying our own tickets individually. It was opening time, several groups had arrived already and they were staggering their entry. Fortunately another guide passed who said this was the group queue, so we managed to leave it and go to the entrance, where there was no queue at all for individuals. With such a tight schedule wasting 20 minutes would have had a big impact on our visit to Windsor\n(4) We were in a 7-seater vehicle, but sitting in the third row we could not hear the driver guide clearly, especially when travelling on motorways. As the only guiding is done while on the vehicle, the guide should use a microphone so that everyone can hear”

“It was the first time that I have have used the services of the International Friends, which I took for the day excursion for Oxford and WB Studio of Harry Potter which my wife and I have enjoyed a lot, and I must say the order procedure was quite friendly\nWhat I would suggest is that it would be much appreciated if there would be more pick ups especially from the city centre.”

“We had a wonderful time in Scotland and it was only possible because your company made it happen. Our trip was very well planned out, we had a wonderful guide *** who looked out for us even though she was on crutches. The only suggestion I would like to make is that there should be a provision to choose the different levels of accommodation at the time of booking. We stayed at a so called 3 star accommodation which was quite average. If you can include 4 and 5 stars to your accommodation list that would be great for travelers like me. Overall we loved our time in Scotland and would definitely come back and will use your services.”

“Overall, very well organized tour. The booking, pick up, drop off weâ€™re all seamless. Our guide, Tony, was full of great facts and information, yet he didnâ€™t talk the whole time. It was perfect. The bus was very comfortable as well. We saw Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. I would have enjoyed staying at each location longer, but seeing three major sights in one day necessitated we keep on schedule. If Iâ€™m back 8n the London area again, I will definitely use IF again for tours outside the city.”

“We found your service to be first rate. Our guide, Tony, was friendly, knowledgeable, humorous, and made the trip quite fun. He got us to Stonehenge before the crowds became a problem and was a fountain of knowledge about this site and all the other sites we visited. I heartily recommend this tour to all.”

“all was alright except 1 thing. I paid *** to go to Lox-Ness which included a visit to a castle, which was closed upon our arrival. I would like you to refund me for that.”

“*** was the best tour guide I have ever had. He was interesting, informative and amusing. He kept us on or ahead of schedule all day and we got to even more sites than promised. I couldnâ€™t have had a better experience or a more enjoyable day. The smaller van got us out of London quickly, and to each site on roads that would have been impassable by the larger tour buses, so we got everywhere ahead of the mobs.\n\nThank you!”

“The whole day ran well.\nClear instructions prior to tour\nCoach on time\nGuide (s) excellent - knowledgeable, informative, genuinely enthusiastic, engaging, helpful and personable\nFlexible re drop off points on return\n\nI am a UK resident - you may wish to consider marketing to home market. I can't be the only one who would appreciate it\n\nSome handouts cataloguing key facts( with diagrams) would have been helpful\n\nI would definitely recommend you to others”
