We easily found the meeting point for the tour when we got off the cruise ship. We stored our luggage under the bus and started on our way. We loved the tour of Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge and Windsor. We didn't really have enough time at Windsor but we were still glad we went. The only suggestion I have for improvement is for the guide to address lunch options. The best idea is to get something at the Stonehenge cafe and eat it on the bus while traveling to Windsor. You need to save time at Stonehenge to do this though because time was a little tight there too. The guide didn't address lunch at all and we didn't want to choose food over time in a cathedral etc but at the same time we needed to eat at some point over the long day. The bus took us to our hotel in London at the end of the day which was awesome. This was a very good way to combine sightseeing with a transfer from a cruise to London. I recommend this tour!

"Long lines and chaos but worth it in the end" would be a decent summary. The disembarkation process at the Southampton cruise port was a nightmare. Nobody knew where to go, took two hours standing around. Apparently every single bus was sent to Stonehenge at the same time because the line waiting for the official bus to ride up to Stonehenge was literally an hour long. When we left, there was no line. Maybe space that out a bit guys? That said, the sights themselves were breathtaking and our tour guide Steve was delightful. Our driver Neil was fantastic navigating the tiny streets of central London with the giant coach. The scheduling and planning of the hotel drop-offs could use some work, Neil and Steve had to figure it out on the fly where all of the drop-offs were and the best way to get between them. Overall, a lovely time, but the back-office planning could be better.

I took the "Downton Abbey Filming locations, Cotswolds and Highclere Castle - Small Group Tour" from London. Loved being with a small group, traveling in a van instead of a bus, and definitely enjoyed visiting all the filming locations. Our guide was attentive and knew a lot about the show, pointing out interesting things and regaling us with facts about the show its characters. I especially appreciated that we were given plenty of time to explore each of the locations we visited, which included enough time at Highclere Castle to complete the castle tour, explore the grounds/gardens, shop at the gift store, and eat lunch. The company was reliable, arriving on time at designated pick up points and returning us to London as scheduled. I would recommend this tour to friends/family.

I liked the guide's information and concern for the group. Also nice to be in a small group. The driver was also very pleasant and went out of his way to show us the extras sights. I was a little nervous about the pick up but very pleased we could get a beautiful trip out to the country. Clearly would do it again.

International Friends made a very big dream come true for me - to visit Highclere Castle on a day long "Downton Abbey Filming Locations and Highclere Castle tour". I researched for weeks how my sister and I would get there from London! I liked the tour guide alot, but she wasn't very knowledgeable about the tv series. The tour was very expensive and I was disappointed that no specific filming scenes were pointed out. Another guide wasted alot of my groups' time at Yew Tree Farm (the storylines from there were minor anyway in the series overall). We were stuck in a room while he rehashed the whole tv series trying to be funny. This wasted precious time that could have been spent at Highclere Castle. The coach driver was very good.

Harry Potter Studio Tour + Oxford We had a very nice day. But I think that 3,5 hours for the Harry Potter Studio Tour is a bit too little time. Towards the end we had to hurry. That was a pity. We really liked the city tour through Oxford.

David are tour guide was fabulous. My only complaint is that the vehicle wasn't what we expected. There was only 7 of us but we were expected a larger van. I ended up sitting crammed in the back seat with 2 other women. Thankfully they were not big women otherwise would have been extremely uncomfortable,. I paid extra for this tour for the smaller groups (which we had) but the vehicle was to small for the 7 of us.

Ozi, not sure if I spelled his name right, was very knowledgeable the placesand was able to walk us through history and story behind Shakespeare’s birthplace and oxford university. A lot of which we cannot get from just reading books. It gave my kids new perspective of Shakespeare’s poetry. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Our tour guide is excellent!! She is professional and described all the things about Oxford very detailed and interestingly. But I think there is not enough time to stay in the Warner bros Studios, we gotta rush within the 3 hours and I prefer 4hrs is better
