“ Products work (so far - as expected). Arrived safely packed. All web site advertised as 'in-stock' but some delay due to being 'out of stock '!!!! Whilst this might be rare for this retailer, the practice of adverting items not actually in stock is growing and very poor customer service. For future reference, if an item is urgent, might be worth telephone call first to check actual availability. ”
