“ I cancelled my membership. A year later, a large automatic charge for membership goes through. When I emailed for a refund they said, there is no account registered to that email so they can't help me! They have not responded to any emails pointing out the circular logic of their response and requesting they return the money they they helped themselves to. Extremely poor customer service. I recommend you avoid this company! ”
