NEVER AGAIN! STAY CLEAR EVERYONE!!! RETURNS SERVICE A JOKE AND HOW YOU GET AWAY WITH CHARGING PEOPLE £2.50 FOR EVERY RETURN IS AN INSULT. YOU CLEARLY ARE NOT SIZING CORRECTLY SO THAT MOST PROPLE HAVE TO RETURN, THEN YOU'RE GAINING £2.50 EVERYTIME. MY SIZE 12 ITEM WAS AKIN TO A 16!!!

I've ordered a lot from in the style now but some of there stuff is shocking and the price they charge I would never personally buy something from there full price as I don't think it's worth it It's hit or miss if the items are going to fit as there sizing is all over the place and after reading up returns I would rather not I would be surprised if I would shop from them again I'm sick of getting half the order as the rest they say is out of stock so you check to find it's still saying in stock to the items you want but weren't sent I've emailed to ask about this but got no response but I'm not surprised as alot of people don't get one

Avoid at all costs - didn’t send me my whole order and took 3 weeks of chasing for them to realise it had sold out when my order was shipped. It showed as delivered on my account. Returned the whole order in end anyway. No customer service at all. Its so hard to have a conversation with someone. And to add a £2.50 admin fee just to send the returns back!

Lacking very much on responding to email. Not very good at communication but can put lots of stories and information on social media!! This has happened to me before I had to message on multiple social media and website to get in contact for receiving an item in the wrong packaging that I didn’t order. Now I paid extra for Saturday delivery (which I order Friday @ 12pm lots of time according to the website to get it delivered on time) however I did not receive my items until the Monday night at 5pm too late for what I needed it for. I would order in plenty of time and not waste your money paying for next day or Saturday delivery as it won’t arrive and you will have spent extra money for nothing!! And then returning the items have a £2.50 admin fee for something that should have been okie and used!! Avoid if you want it items quickly and with free returns as you don’t get it FREE!!

Returns portal would not work for me to process my return on day 12.

Free returns my eye! There is a £2.50 admin fee so its cost me £3.99 delivery to have faulty items to send back costing £2.50 off my refund! What a rip off won't use this company again

Horrible quality clothing (worse than any other site I have ever come across) and the £2.50 returns admin fee is a joke.

Awful customer service, they don’t listen and are in denial when there are problems with their IT and returns portal. Slow responses too.

Clothing quality not great but returns service even worse. When trying to contact everyone messaged me different answers. Emails were not replied to other than automated. Do NOT use if you are not prepared to wait ages for a refund.
