Terrible sizing I'm a 12 but ordered a 14 for the length really small could just about fasten it

Do not buy from this company. Bought items in December for Xmas presents, however, items were very poor material and did not fit. They did not offer Xmas extended returns when I contacted customer services. Asked if they would exchange the items or offer a credit, simply refused. The time it takes customer services to answer any of your questions, your 14 day return period will lapse. Will never use this site again. Outcome is I’m out of pocket and the company makes money in an unprofessional manner.

Like many others I feel completely ripped off. Size 10 gilet absolutely huge with faulty zip. Portal will not accept my order number and no response from any of my emails. Shocking service. Definitely won’t be buying from them again.

Ordered two dresses which were nice but didn’t suit me tried to return them but it would not provide me with a QR code after emailing twice I finally got a response. Then went on to order another dress that I liked I Paid £12.99 for next day delivery started a live chat to find out where my order was to hear that my order had not of gone through the system but they still took £90 for the order. Now I’ve got to wait 7 days for a refund. The offer of re doing the order was not even an option and when I asked the lady on the live chat just left.

Received my item quickly (seeing as I’d paid £12.99 for unlimited next day delivery) but my item was faulty (hole in sleeve) and despite being assured by the online customer services chat that I wouldn’t be charged the £2.50 admin fee and I would get my postage charges refunded. It seems I’m only getting £25.50 back from a £40.99 order. Still disputing this but I’d avoid at all costs, not worth the hassle. Even without the hole the dress was poor quality

Have been trying to contact them since the 6th re a faulty item. Have tried contact form, insta & Twitter & chat and still have not had any response. I get it’s busy, but this is ridiculous.

NEVER AGAIN! STAY CLEAR EVERYONE!!! RETURNS SERVICE A JOKE AND HOW YOU GET AWAY WITH CHARGING PEOPLE £2.50 FOR EVERY RETURN IS AN INSULT. YOU CLEARLY ARE NOT SIZING CORRECTLY SO THAT MOST PROPLE HAVE TO RETURN, THEN YOU'RE GAINING £2.50 EVERYTIME. MY SIZE 12 ITEM WAS AKIN TO A 16!!!

Looks nice but is very cheap quality . Took 27 days to arrive and tracking number showed no info. I could have bought a nice genuine Gabicci for a similar price . Disappointing

Quality of the clothing is poor worse than a market stall. Nothing fits properly cheaply made and the you have to pay to return! Photos on site don’t look like the items I was sent

This review IS ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a jac jossa Broderie halter neck dress in a size 18, it fitted like a sack and was massive,clearly a size 22! Contacted them on chat and Kelly, said it’s not faulty and when I return it they will charge me £2:50!!! Disgusting and will never order again and will pass on this to friends, terrible service from in the style! And the chat agent, Kelly, was sarcastic to me! No customer service skills whatsoever.

Ordered a CURVE LADBABY MUM BLACK RUCHED SWIM SHORTS and LADBABY MUM BARDOT FRILL BIKINI TOP. The sizing are way off. Ordered In size 18, both more like a 22 the swim short is not a short, it’s more like a very high waisted bikini with no shaping whatsoever.

Should be an option for 0 stars. Ordered a Jac Jossa outfit from here and it was massive. I sent the item back and after numerous ignored emails and talking with a virtual assistant, I am still awaiting a refund. Not only that, You pay £3.99 for the delivery and then they charge you £2.50 handling fee to return it. Will stick to other stores where you can send things back for free so you are not out of pocket and with a quicker turn around.

I paid the 10 pound next day delivery so far 2 orders later and have not had next day delivery then they charge you 2.50 to send them back cause it hasn't arrived in time will NEVER order from them again GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

A very shocking company to order from, when you place an order and pay for next day for it not to arrive you then go onto live chat to find out where it’s is to then be told you have to wait another 2 days even though you have already been waiting for 3 days for the items to arrive, the customer service is also shocking as they will not help when you ask for a refund apart from tell you to go on chat again in 2 days, I will never order from here again as they will not deliver your items or give you a refund but will take your money from your bank quick enough.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, taken £219.00 sent my order to the wrong store, and I now have to wait until they get the order back before getting my refund ! I’ve sent messages, emails and no one has even bothered to reply to me !! 😡😡😡😡😡 absolutely disgusting and unacceptable !!! Do not buy from this company !!!

I ordered a leather jacket and some boots in my usual size when 38 weeks pregnant and was intending to wear them post pregnancy. The jacket was enormous on me even for my super pregnant belly and had a funny smell and the boots was a size 8 but would probably be a mans size 10.

Awful company and service. They never reply to emails or messages. They spend a fortune doing social media content and collaborations but do not invest in Customer Service at all. Wished I had googled reviews of InTheStyle before placing a order.
