I ordered a dress on Monday the 31st of May. First time using the site. When I ordered and selected my size it said the item was in stock (in that particular size) and when I went through checkout they gave me the option of Next day delivery for an extra £5.99 fee. I needed the dress for an event on the 5th June and this was the reason I ordered as it said I could have next working day delivery. Now this was bank holiday Monday so I assumed my item would be dispatched on the following day and I would receive it on the Wednesday, still plenty of time for my event on Saturday considering I had paid an extra fee for next working day delivery, but Wednesday and Thursday came without even a notification or email and when I checked my account it said my order status was ‘processing’ so I emailed asking if my order would be dispatched that day on the Thursday as I had paid for next day delivery and I was met with an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours. During this time I received another generic email stating that there were delays on some items coming into their warehouse and they apologised and said they would get the items out as quickly as possible. I also received another email from a customer service agent stating they were experiencing transportation issues meaning there was a delay in items coming into their warehouse. I replied asking if I would receive a refund for the £5.99 I paid for express next day delivery and again I received a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. My event came and went on the Saturday and I still hadn’t heard anything about the dress. Then on Sunday 6th of May I received another email from a customer service agent telling me that the reason my order hasn’t been dispatched is because I ordered a pre order item which is completely untrue. The item stated it was ‘in stock’ when I ordered and it offered me next working day delivery so why would it have been a pre order item, plus also she completely contradicted what the previous email had stated! So one minute I’m ordering an ‘in stock’ item, paid for next day delivery and then I’m being told sorry there’s a delay and then it’s apparently because I ordered a pre order item?! Plus they completely ignored my request for a refund for ‘next day delivery’ considering I paid for a service I didn’t receive. It’s now the 8th of June and I’m still none the wiser as to when I’m receiving my item.

1 star because I cannot put 0! Ordered 3 items, a dress 3X, a tshirt 3X and a back bag and received nothing after Two months! But they sure charged me $78.97 USD for it! Finally I received a grey medium tshirt, not what I oredered at all!!!!!! After many emails, they are asking me to keep the wrong item and pay for it minus a $10 refund🤬 Now I am trying to get a full refund but not sure I will ever receive anything from them. It comes from China, no phone number to reach them. Big fraud company! The web site should be closed! I will never order from a site on Facebook again, never!

Go on trust pilot and read the reviews ladies before ordering I had to threaten them with the small claims court to get my refund they was ignoring all my DMS/emails/tweets & they ripped lots of people off .. go see for your self on trustpilot nothing but scammers they use celebrities to take our money !!!

I haven’t received my package yet and it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered my shoes I’m waiting on 4 pair of shoes I want my shoes or my damn money back this doesn’t make any sense how people can do you I mean aleast try to reach out to people an let them know what’s going on never again please don’t anyone order off this website ever they are real scam people then I also paid for faster shipping still haven’t came so I want my money back plus my shipping money back

I ordered 2 of the charity t-shirts on the 18/02 one black one pink and I haven’t received either. I have emailed about 4 times and had no reply which Is disgusting considering it’s supposed be a charity T-shirt! Very quick to take my money yet no delivery of goods, have now raised issue with PayPal! In style should be ashamed of themselves.

Clothing quality not great but returns service even worse. When trying to contact everyone messaged me different answers. Emails were not replied to other than automated. Do NOT use if you are not prepared to wait ages for a refund.

I paid for next day delivery because I needed the dress I ordered for an event. The dress didn’t arrive for over a week. I couldn’t get through to anyone on the live chat customer service, tried for over an hour! I contacted customer service sending two emails and both were ignored. Would never order from here again!!

My sister and I both ordered dresses and tee shirts from the Stacey Solomon collection. Whilst the collection is lovely, we have both had rather unfortunate experiences with our orders. We have both had to return all the dresses due to size issues. I am a size 14 and the blue tiered midi dress I ordered was far too big and the daisy purple dress my sister order in a size 18 was also too big. I can only describe it as a tent. She also ordered a lemon smock top in a size 20 and could not get her arms into the sleeves as they were so tight. The sizing on the collection definitely needs to be addressed and as such I would not recommend this collection to anyone.

I ordered a dress from the company april 3rd so far it's been awaiting shipping. I've tried canceling my order with no success.I've found no phone number just an email address that do not work. I think this company is a sham.

AVOID this company at all costs!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE! I received the pants I ordered and they were not as expected. I follow exact directions for a return, which they make difficult and NO REFUND. Months later, NOTHING! I tried to dispute with PayPal and they won’t refund me either! It’s INSANE! Such a waste. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND PASS ON THIS COMPANY!!!

Firstly, the quality is terrible. Lower than market stall quality. Should be ashamed with some of the price tags. Secondly, they send the wrong items. Then you have to jump through hoops sending the item you never wanted back for them to then send you what you've actually paid for. I'll never use again.

Sizing is no where near true to size! Very disappointed. Two hoodies the exact same apparently and meant to both be size 6-8 which they are both clearly totally different sizes and colours

Rubbish!!! I ordered a pair of wide leg jeans and a jumper the jeans had odd stones in one pocket and the other pocket was Sewn up weird which resulted in one leg longer than the other also the zip wouldn’t stay up the jumper was more of a sleeping blanket it touched my feet and it came with a arm missing I’m 5ft 8 and it started to unravel the first day I wore it and everything smelt odd never again!!!!!

My advice is to NOT BUY from this company. This is my first experience with InTheStyle and there is non-existent customer support, or communication. I returned my parcel (as the quality of the clothes were below my expectations) 3 weeks ago and have had no communication from the company. I have now email twice since with no response. I will never purchase from this company again and will be telling my experience to everyone I know. Hugely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I will be taking this further until my refund is received.

If I didn’t have to provide a star I wouldn’t. Ordered items from here on 29th May, no communication received. Order says complete but no order received. No dispatch confirmation, nothing. I have tired multiple channels of communication, email, chat (which kicks you out when you get to number 1) Twitter, Instagram you name it and I have received nothing. Spent £50 with this company and not received a thing to show for it, absolutely appalling. Quick to advertise new stuff but cannot respond to their actual paying customers. First and last order.

I purchased 'Nap Queen' pjs from the Jac Josa collab and honestly they are the thinnest pjs I've ever purchased. Just expensive priced up tat. Would not recommend. Will not order again.
