I paid for next day delivery because I needed the dress I ordered for an event. The dress didn’t arrive for over a week.
I couldn’t get through to anyone on the live chat customer service, tried for over an hour!
I contacted customer service sending two emails and both were ignored.
Would never order from here again!!
