Awful company and service. They never reply to emails or messages. They spend a fortune doing social media content and collaborations but do not invest in Customer Service at all. Wished I had googled reviews of InTheStyle before placing a order.

I've ordered a lot from in the style now but some of there stuff is shocking and the price they charge I would never personally buy something from there full price as I don't think it's worth it It's hit or miss if the items are going to fit as there sizing is all over the place and after reading up returns I would rather not I would be surprised if I would shop from them again I'm sick of getting half the order as the rest they say is out of stock so you check to find it's still saying in stock to the items you want but weren't sent I've emailed to ask about this but got no response but I'm not surprised as alot of people don't get one

I thot the quality of clothes were good but didnt fit so just notice have to pay £2.50 to return was going to order more stuff but not now not paying everytime need to return something

I am a UK 14 and ordered 2 pairs of mom jeans from in the style, wanted to have a looser fit so I sized up to a 16 and an 18, neither pair even goes past my thigh! Sizing used to be good here but as of late the sizing has been terribly off.

DON'T DO IT!!! Subpar products & looked like they were shipped in a black plastic trash bag w1/2 roll of tape! The coats were supposed to be 3x & may be Large at best. Plus, they shipped from NJ but, want me to return them to CHINA!!!🤬

I got 2 dresses from the Lisa Jordan collection the end of November I think black bags would have looked better on me. I sent them back within the time (4th of dec) to be precise emailed in the style 3 weeks later as I still did not receive my refund I got onto in the style by email and Instagram and they were no help what so ever I will not be buying from them in the near future or ever. Absolutely no help whatsoever

Ordered a midi length dress in a size up and was fine fit apart from bust which must have been made for at least 2 dress sizes smaller and really thin material that ripped where one of the buttons were lower down on the dress where it is loose

I’ve heard this is ‘true to size’ . AS IF… how is it true to size if bottom part of denim jeans is wider then the actual top where I need to button up ? So, clearly not true to size . Size 16 would actually fit size 10/12 with that waistline. First and last time I ordered. Such expensive pairs of jeans and they still manage to mess up.

Awful clothing - awful quality, and sizing. Ordered two dresses, both ideal 2 sizes down to what labelled as. Photos are enhanced on website, actual clothing is dull in colour! Emailed with complaint that items are were of poor quality, and awful sizing. £3.99 p&p when purchasing and £2.50 to have to send them back! Recieved generic email back. Blamed for ordering wrong size as apparently their clothing is true to size. Absolutely would not recommend.

I opted for the premiere delivery which cost 9.99£ for a year free next day delivery to get a lorna luxe mabel dress to wear at an event, i received it next day.. however the dress is wrong, i got this sequins dress instead!!!!!!! They reship the dress, for a next day delivery. However. It hasnt arrived. I am really dissapointed, i wont buy here anymore. They will always screw up an order.

Over GBP6 shipping fees in total for shabby awful clothes that look nothing like the photos. I then had to chase my return for one month - I think they hope you will forget about it. Every single other company refunds within 7 days aside from this one. Do not recommend at all.

I mean if I could give a 0 star I would. Placed an order, never received items of which came to over £100. Promised a refund on numerous occasions. They have now stopped replying to emails and requests. Wished I’d of checked the reviews before ordering as seems like I’ve now lost my money (which adds to the annoyance that it was my birthday presents) so thanks for that guys.

Atrocious customer services. Terrible quality in relation to the price. 'Celeb names' but cheap clothes. Avoid like the plague everyone. Or know your consumer rights before purchasing, as I guarantee you'll be needing them!

They have a scheme, better to call it a con, with Susan Miller Astrology for a beauty box. I like Susan so got it to support her. A month later it has not arrived. First mail a week ago, I was told I would have it in a week. Now they say I should be ‘patient’ - a month is not patient? I’ve asked for my money back, they said no. They’re crooks.

Order a pair of beige chunky boots, worn twice and the stitching at the seam by the sole is coming away!!! I have been emailing and chasing for nearly 4 weeks this is ridiculous and I am fed up!!!

Ordered arrived quickly but sizing is very wrong, brought a faux leather jacket in my usual size and I am 37 weeks pregnant and its still massive on me and its smells like rotten fish. Also ordered some boots in my usual size and they are to big yet the style of them causes blisters after wearing them for 20 mins. Was going to send back but looking at other reviews about refunds might as well sell them on ebay.

Poor quality, missing stitching (leaves) from one of the roses on the front of my jumper so looks very out of place and just odd!! Every email and Instagram message has been ignored. Shocking customer service and shocking quality control on their products. The prices aren't justified against the quality, no response anywhere if you have an issue with their products.

Twice now I've paid extra for next day delivery for the parcel to not arrive on time which means that's twice now that I've not have an outfit for an event I was attending despite paying extra to ensure I would. Why would you offer next day delivery if you don't have the capacity to? The person on the live chat kept saying sorry but not offering any solution. When I eventually asked if he had a solution he said he could refund me the £4 delivery which seems a little bit insulting on an order over £150. When I asked for anything else, he said he could give me 10% off my next order. If you think I'm ever ordering from here again after it's happened twice you've got another thing coming. If you can't get my order right twice, god knows how many people this has happened to. If you're going to be useless at customer service, at least have competent people manning the phones and live chats. Really disappointed in the service and won't be shopping here again. It seems the brand which started with humble beginnings has completely lost sight of the people it took to get you there. A real shame.
