I thot the quality of clothes were good but didnt fit so just notice have to pay £2.50 to return was going to order more stuff but not now not paying everytime need to return something

You reviewed Inthestyle Add photo WH 3 reviews 2 stars: Poor Just now Terrible customer service (email) Terrible customer service (email) Placed an order on launch day, one item was preorder so all the items were held back to be sent together, fine. Preorder item was to be further delayed so they shipped the other items, again great.... Not great when I see ALL the items were now discounted in price before despatch, including the preorder. The preorder was showing as in stock (which it wasn't). I emailed to ask for a refund of the difference between the price I paid on launch day and the current price. Seeing as all my items were in stock, in my size. I had no need to order on launch day, I could have waited, saved money and still received the items on the day I did. I am stuck in an email loop with the same response, that they cannot amend an order once made. I do want the order amending, I want a partial refund. At very least on the preorder item that I've yet to receive. But no, same generic reply. I was told I can have a refund on any item not despatched so I can reorder. I order the the preorder separately at the reduced price, it was not showing as preorder yet it still isn't due for despatch for another week, I ordered the replacement 2 weeks ago. I email to ask for the refund for the original preorder. I receive the same email in reply stating they cannot amend an order but they can refund items still be to despatched. That's what I am asking for! Given up on the partial refund for price drop Bare in mind, it takes days for a reply, so this has been going on weeks! It is bad practice to lower the price of items, that are new to site, that were ordered on launch day and not sent due to no fault of the customer and then not refund the difference. I wouldn't mind if I had received the items before they were reduced in price. But to not even offer a refund on the preorder difference, very wrong. I have placed a few orders with inthestyle, but I am reluctant to again as I do not trust their customer service team will help. 2 stars are for the quality and fit of the items. Nothing for customer service and how their system works.

Lacking very much on responding to email. Not very good at communication but can put lots of stories and information on social media!! This has happened to me before I had to message on multiple social media and website to get in contact for receiving an item in the wrong packaging that I didn’t order. Now I paid extra for Saturday delivery (which I order Friday @ 12pm lots of time according to the website to get it delivered on time) however I did not receive my items until the Monday night at 5pm too late for what I needed it for. I would order in plenty of time and not waste your money paying for next day or Saturday delivery as it won’t arrive and you will have spent extra money for nothing!! And then returning the items have a £2.50 admin fee for something that should have been okie and used!! Avoid if you want it items quickly and with free returns as you don’t get it FREE!!

Clothes look lovely on the website but everything is so oversized it's ridiculous! I have a dress and shirt from the Jacqueline Jossa range in size 10 that still look huge on me even though I'm now 34 weeks pregnant! And I sized down 2 sizes for the Billie Faiers knitwear and the cardigan is still comically big, especially the sleeves! I get its meant to be oversized but they just look so ridiculous even when sizing down. Please make knitwear with normal sized sleeves!

Sizing is no where near true to size! Very disappointed. Two hoodies the exact same apparently and meant to both be size 6-8 which they are both clearly totally different sizes and colours

Super Late delivery. Button down shirt was the poorest quality material I’ve ever seen. Was dirty smokey yellow colour rather than cream white as pictured. Pennies would not have sold such poor quality and pennies would have been much cheaper for a better quality shirt. To return Is at customers expense so I’m out money either way. Customer service was so slow. Emailed twice with no reply and online chat said I could return but at my own expense. Company makes a mistake with late delivery, company sends bad quality clothing, customer is inconvenienced and out of pocket. Great company values. Will never use this site again. May as well have used boohoo.

My order took nearly 2 weeks to come even though you pay £3.99 for postage which is 2-4 working days? I bought a pair of the joggers which are £22, love the shape but the quality is awful. Bobbly and i haven't even worn them yet and really cheap feeling. I have bought better for half the price else where. Gutted really.

The shop online was fast and easy Enjoyed looking through the Clothes, But the way they go about their delivery and Correspondence to their customers is shocking, it needs some work but your Clothes are small in size but good in quality, got my Caroline Flack T-shirt so I’m happy.

Have tried about 8 times to check out clothes in my basket , all payment options are not working , debit card Paypal and Klarna all say “ there is a problem processing my payment ?? And now all payment options disappear when I click on them ?? What is going on ?

Really poor quality materials used. Look amazing in the pictures but in real life very disappointing. The prices do not reflect the quality. Have bought several different items now all sent back. I will not be buying from them again.

Bought a jumper first time. Quality was poor and no better than what Tesco's would sell. Certainly not worth £30 ! Also applied for the discount but E-Mail didn't come through until a few hours later and as jumper was low in stock in my size I didn't want to lose it so I never got the discount. Would not use again or recommend.

Delivery was fast, got my order within 3 days although the quality was absolutely shocking! Ordered the famous Crystele dress which looks stunning on website. The material is so thin and all wrinkled. Spent over an hour trying to iron the pleats which was a waste of time. Going back! Left upset, with no birthday dress!

The response time via email is far too long. 3-4 days I was waiting each email reply. My problem was not resolved. I had placed an order and 14 days later after a failed delivery attempt (attempted the next day as I had next day delivery) the order was refunded and I never got to see the items. I won’t be reordering (some stuff not in stock now anyway) because it’s likely to happen again and they were not willing to honour my 40% off code I had used. Terrible customer service
