The response time via email is far too long. 3-4 days I was waiting each email reply. My problem was not resolved. I had placed an order and 14 days later after a failed delivery attempt (attempted the next day as I had next day delivery) the order was refunded and I never got to see the items. I won’t be reordering (some stuff not in stock now anyway) because it’s likely to happen again and they were not willing to honour my 40% off code I had used. Terrible customer service
