INCREDIBLY poor service. If possible I would give 0 star. They need to step up their customer service and their response times ASAP. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a response just in regards to store credit as they DO NOT give refunds for sending items back and only give store credit so you are FORCED to order from them and go through the whole ordeal again and when they do email all they do is ask for my email address and then never do anything else. I don’t know why anyone would use this site anyway- clothes are expensive for the cheap tat that arrives. May aswell order from Shein for a fraction of the price if you want to wear cheap made clothes.

Very poor company - I sent back £70 worth of clothing & received £2 refund. Tried contacting the company for the past 3 weeks and haven't received a single response. Just read some other reviews and can see other people have had similar experiences. Not sure why celebrities endorse this company!

Poor product quality, Completely ignored all requests for a refund, even after confirming receipt of return. Finally got refund from credit card company. Worst online company ever used.

Do not use this company. They are awful. I placed an order end of September and the great quality wasn’t great. I returned them a couple days later yet still no refund. It’s been over a month and I am still waiting. Their policy says chase up after 10 days of sending. I have chased twice via email and once via Facebook and still no response. Will i ever get my refund?? Very disappointing. Such an unreliable service. Do not recommend use

Awful service. I have not received my items for around 6 weeks now. Won’t give me a refund. Ignoring my emails. Awful service . Don’t buy anything from here. Heard from other people the same thing also. Suppose to be 80 pound for my refund and that’s a lot of money to me

Item was scheduled for next working day delivery but took in total nearly a week, by which point I was already on holiday and couldn't collect. By the time I was back my items had been returned with a refund coming in 14 days. In between this I had been trying to contact them, however no response from Customer Service, and even their agent on the Instagram account stopped replying to me, even though I was just trying to see if the items could be held in store for me a few days longer.

Like so many others 10 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund. Sent an item back from @ladbaby mum and all I get is emails to say they have received my email then nothing. Been going round in circles for weeks. Avoid at all costs, poor service. Don’t waste your time or money.

Avoid at all costs - didn’t send me my whole order and took 3 weeks of chasing for them to realise it had sold out when my order was shipped. It showed as delivered on my account. Returned the whole order in end anyway. No customer service at all. Its so hard to have a conversation with someone. And to add a £2.50 admin fee just to send the returns back!

None existent customer service. Sent a return, they refunded for the wrong item, have tried to contact via email and live chat, 5 attempts made so far and not one response...

Customer Service is appalling. Live chat is useless. Why is there not a contact number?? SEVERAL emails later and still awaiting refund, however 3 have been replied to by 'Lilly' who now appears to have left the building.... Avoid!!

Sent me wrong items I returned costing me more money, they have since only refunded me for 3/4 items and not showing my 4th item as even returned. No one respond to emails about this either! I have used in the style W lot but I won’t anymore

You reviewed Inthestyle Add photo WH 3 reviews 2 stars: Poor Just now Terrible customer service (email) Terrible customer service (email) Placed an order on launch day, one item was preorder so all the items were held back to be sent together, fine. Preorder item was to be further delayed so they shipped the other items, again great.... Not great when I see ALL the items were now discounted in price before despatch, including the preorder. The preorder was showing as in stock (which it wasn't). I emailed to ask for a refund of the difference between the price I paid on launch day and the current price. Seeing as all my items were in stock, in my size. I had no need to order on launch day, I could have waited, saved money and still received the items on the day I did. I am stuck in an email loop with the same response, that they cannot amend an order once made. I do want the order amending, I want a partial refund. At very least on the preorder item that I've yet to receive. But no, same generic reply. I was told I can have a refund on any item not despatched so I can reorder. I order the the preorder separately at the reduced price, it was not showing as preorder yet it still isn't due for despatch for another week, I ordered the replacement 2 weeks ago. I email to ask for the refund for the original preorder. I receive the same email in reply stating they cannot amend an order but they can refund items still be to despatched. That's what I am asking for! Given up on the partial refund for price drop Bare in mind, it takes days for a reply, so this has been going on weeks! It is bad practice to lower the price of items, that are new to site, that were ordered on launch day and not sent due to no fault of the customer and then not refund the difference. I wouldn't mind if I had received the items before they were reduced in price. But to not even offer a refund on the preorder difference, very wrong. I have placed a few orders with inthestyle, but I am reluctant to again as I do not trust their customer service team will help. 2 stars are for the quality and fit of the items. Nothing for customer service and how their system works.

Lacking very much on responding to email. Not very good at communication but can put lots of stories and information on social media!! This has happened to me before I had to message on multiple social media and website to get in contact for receiving an item in the wrong packaging that I didn’t order. Now I paid extra for Saturday delivery (which I order Friday @ 12pm lots of time according to the website to get it delivered on time) however I did not receive my items until the Monday night at 5pm too late for what I needed it for. I would order in plenty of time and not waste your money paying for next day or Saturday delivery as it won’t arrive and you will have spent extra money for nothing!! And then returning the items have a £2.50 admin fee for something that should have been okie and used!! Avoid if you want it items quickly and with free returns as you don’t get it FREE!!

I received the wrong size jumper and spoke with Laura on the live chat, she was very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. She happily ordered the correct size and as I said was very helpful and polite. Thank you Laura for helping me solve my issue so quickly and efficiently.

AVOID No item after 3 days and NO reply whatsoever from customer service for such a big company why on earth would you not have a contact number or live chat etc ridiculous.. order was meant to be next day and its still Not even with the courier after 3 days FUMING!!!!

Would give no stars if I could. Dupe customers into thinking youve got 28 days to return when actually it’s 14 days to log it on the portal from the point of purchase. I’m 2 days out and they won’t have any compassion and refund me £170 worth of clothing I don’t want. The fit on the clothes Is horrendous and it’s cheap material. How they’ve got celebs to advertise for them I’ll never know.
