Placed an order and accidentally added an item, no way of removing it due to the app glitching, Emailed and also asked for help from the chat bot and had no reply. Ordered it and emailed again explaining it wouldn't let me remove the item, they said they would cancel and refund so I could order the single item. Both items arrived and now I have to pay for returning the unwanted item. When I emailed the response was can't to anything for admin fees and cut off. Shocking, will not be ordering again, always a pain.
