I received an email saying that my order has been despatched although I HAVE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING at this shop!!! How can that be? The tracking number didn’t exist when I called DHL, but then they really delivered a packet (Chi Chis London on the plastic bag…!) which I didn’t accept! That was like two month ago and today AGAIN I received another email saying that my order has been despatched! What kind of shop is this? What should I do to stop this? I don’t know where to complain?
