“Easy joining process, and great that it can be a joint account. I was however looking to invest in individual companies, not Managed Funds, so it doesn't suit my needs.”

“Because of my limited IT skills, I struggled to set up an account with InvestNow. Many phone calls later and with the help of a particularly helpful young man called Luke I have achieved it. But my timing is dreadful. The moment I succeeded in getting set up with InvestNow the market had dropped and now my money is sitting in solitary confinement, waiting for things to improve enough for me to invest. Oh dear.”

“The website needs to be improved to make it more user friendly. My preference is to do all the administration online but there are no facilities to do so eg, changing email for login. It would also help if there was a more sophisticated way for comparing investments and their risk returns. In general, an upgrade of your website would make investnow world class.”

“It would be good to have a solution for pocketsmith connectivity. Investnow is the only platform I cannot link. Graphs showing cost over time for index funds would be good and points where investments have been made”

“Great tool for set-and-forget investing. A big shame there is no app, and the website is also very clunky to use on desktop and mobile, which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. Feels like it desperately needs a bit of a spruce up to match the image of other platforms. However, it isn't too difficult to navigate and setting up an investment plan is very straight forward. Would recommend to people who want to start investing but not sure what to invest in.”

“Investnow has a great range of products which I appreciate, however the interface is incredibly clunky. I find it difficult to easily and intuitively navigate and find the information I'm looking for. Also, I don't understand why in the age of instant bank transfers it takes days for my transfer to occur into my IN account. I have to be honest that (while I'll continue to use it) I'm pretty disappointed in the user experience.”

“I find the website very uncomfortable to navigate, very old fashioned. I would appreciate a more comprehensive quick view of the funds, regarding past and current performance, short review of what its invested in, instead of having to down load the whole brochure. Performance of my portfolio at a glance and so on. hate to say it... but maybe take some inspiration from Sharsies approach.”

“It was easy to setup and to transfer the money however I was three days not knowing whether the money had gone through and would’ve appreciated a email at the time of transfer also every time I want to look at the balance there’s a security I would prefer this to be an app that I could just go into”

“This is a great app. The lack of fees put it way above sharesies. But it desperately needs to be made mobile responsive. You're missing out on a huge chunk of the market. It's a no brainer. “Nice platform easy to see funds, performance and info. Can also buy and sell funds at will without fund manager minimums or timeframes. However deposited funds don't seem to clear some day and the 2 step verification each login is tedious.”

“I'm sure things will improve, but getting set up was a bit of an ordeal. One, for understandable reasons, you get timed out for inactivity. However, it seems to be a straight time-out, not just for any lack of activity. And, you get no warning you have been timed out until you have made a whole lot of entries and then try to 'submit' or send. The result, you spend a lot of time re-entering your details. Two, while you can 'chat' about any questions you have and eventually a human gives you helpful answers, there is a distinct lack of quick access to help, nor the ability to click on items for explanations.”

“Honestly InvestNow is absolutely fine. There’s no fees however that’s at the cost of only being able to invest in funds. The reason I’ve done 3 stars is because the processing time of orders, deposits and withdrawals is slow in comparison to other brokers. If you’re not in a rush then InvestNow is great and I’d recommend highly.”
