I've been trying to get a quote from this lot for a VERY personal and sensitive matter. They took an age to respond to my emails and were not very helpful. I was eventually given a price (expensive) and then I asked about their 60 Day guarantee, that they so proudly boast about on their page. I was told the following: "In the unlikely event we followed the wrong person, then our 60-day guarantee would apply. However, this is highly unlikely and never happens! We are highly experienced and trained at what we do, and we have a good surveillance team. We always work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied." Surely that makes the 60day guarantee pointless and just a fake marketing ploy. So, based on that, my suspicions were raised. I contacted the ABI (industry regulators) who told me that they had never heard of the person I was dealing with or their so-called "lead investigator." I then looked at any history of the company - guess what, there is none, despite their claims (yes I know) that they have experience since 1987. All very suspicious and highly unprofessional to say the least. I will NOT be spending my money with them and may suggest, that if you want a professional job doing, you avoid them too. If anyone wants proof of this, I have the entire email chain.

I have now just received the following from this lot:
" Never stated that Stuart was in the ABI. I said our sub-contractors and contractors are in either association. You aren't a genuine client - you are just a jealous PI or someone with a vendetta who does not know the difference between North and South London **Redacted by trustpilot** who clearly does not know what they are doing. We are tracing your VPN. Any further business interruption or false allegations will be reported."
