Worst app I’ve ever used! Build my client $600 said it would take seven days to process the first transaction. After three days they refunded the transaction to my client without notifying me. Client thought I was playing games and never played me again. Highly recommend staying away from this app!

New customer...terrible... Not easy to use. My friend was raving about the old version and that's why I bought it... I realized I was not the only unhappy camper after surfing forums.. Wow, what a good way to destroy a good app...a great way to loose old customers and the perfect way to get a refund after being a customer for only an hour. Oufff

I managed to get the payment refunded to my client but he is still awaiting the funds in his account a week later and I won't be paid by him until he receives cleared funds.

I was a subscriber since 2010. The app was excellent. Since the upgrade, it is unusable. In process of getting refund. Switched to Xero. Do not buy this app. Even if they get it back up to speed, I wouldn't trust them. They used their clients as beta testers and jeopardized their livelihoods. Unethical.

I'm reluctant to even give this upgrade a 1 star rating. It is not deserving of any rating, neither is your customer service. So far it's been days of trying to get hold of your company to get someone to help me sort out this mess of an accounting system. My next step will be to go to the Media. All I get is a message saying "the office is closed" REALLY ANGRY - since the media have reported on your recent success I'm sure they'd love to know what is going on now. If someone does not call me TODAY..... I'm going to the media where everyone will hear how bad your software is now! I want a refund on all of my businesses as this is NOT what I paid you almost $600 per company! This is nothing less than Fraud!
