Poor customer service, untruthful representative, saying they couldn't take new card number for refund on defective product purchased, promised a refund, never mailed it and a all around poor experience. Had to buy parts from Hayward in the end. I don't recommend this business. I have told all my contractor friends, customers and family to avoid this company. Best Pool supply is much better.

I recently purchased two Pal 64-EGL-80 pool lights from Inyo Pool, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that instead of the 80-foot cable lights I ordered, I was sent Pal 64-EGL-30 parts. This discrepancy was not only inconvenient but also indicated a lack of attention to detail in packaging and shipping. Upon attempting to use the lights, I encountered further issues. Despite troubleshooting with different controllers and seeking assistance from Pal technical support, it became evident that both lights were defective. In my attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted Inyo Pool for return authorization and a return label. However, the process proved to be another disappointment. Despite the item still being listed as available on their website, I was informed that the part was discontinued, which seemed contradictory. Furthermore, the agent mentioned needing authorization from their warehouse, leading to unnecessary delays in resolving the issue. Overall, my experience with Inyo Pool was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From receiving incorrect products to dealing with defective items and poor customer service, it was undoubtedly the worst online purchasing experience I have encountered. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this shady business to avoid similar issues and frustrations.

Ticket #760464 RMA: 10524538 your company is really the worst to deal with.. you sent me the wrong item 4/10/23... it took 2 weeks to issue an rma when they clearly shipped the wrong item,, it was returned to your warehouse on 5/9/23 ..I was told funds would be returned within a few days. followed up on 5/19/23 via email and was told refund was issued and i should have the money back on my card in 1-2 business days. a whole week later its still not returned 5/26/23. So i call back to find out why the funds havent hit my account yet and im told that it was waiting for approval and that it would be returned again today. .. i dont understand why you treat clients like this... i dont understand why youre in business when you have had my money for over a month and half you keep playing games... i dont know why you lie and claim funds were returned when a week later it wasnt and you say youre returning it now... you guys are really horrible
