i am sorry you had a problem. If you had a problem installing your replacement screen? all you had to do was get in touch and we could of helped you out. We are resellers and not manufacturers! and like every other reseller we do not provide fitting instructions but we can provide links to some great repair tutorials if asked for, or you can do as you did and search YouTube for detailed fitting instructions.
You bought a genuine screen from us and the screen will not crack for no reason, We have sold thousands of them and no one has ever stated the screen cracked on its own, if it was in your pocket then you have more than likely have bumped into something without realising it, very easy to do with iPhone's. We get many screen repairs booked in with exactly the same issue, i have also done it myself on one occasion where i caught the side of my desk, i did learn from this though, and i now keep my iPhone in a protective case 24/7. You might want to consider doing the same with yours. Please get in touch if you require another screen am sure we can sort something out for you.
