“Bom dia!! Quanto este pedido, foi entregue dentro do prazo e estou satisfeito, mas como fiz 3 (três) pedidos, 2 Chegarão perfeitamente, dia 14/08/19 mas estou insatisfeito quanto ao terceiro pedido que ainda, não chegou, pedi dia 16/08/19 sob nr de rastreio GM295339698000198354- Pedido nr 200045068, quando consultado o status continua, como se não tivesse saido dos EUA. Para que consiga rastrear aqui no Brasil a numeração teria que ser exemplo:(LX657765909US) inicio LX xxxxxxxxxUS com o nr GMxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx não é possivel. Aguardo resposta!! Att.”

O valor do frete ainda é um pouco caro por causa do dolár está alto demais. . 2 opinião, é referente a ipumpshop não trabalhar com a linha de suplementos black skull , landerfit , dragon pharma. seria legal vocÊs venderem essas marcas que aqui no brasil são bem famosas e vendem muito bem. . 3 opinião, voltar a trabalhar com a marca pharma legal, os produtos são tops é o preço tambem esta show nos bogos. .”

“I knew the product I wanted and purchased online. Only when I'd paid did a delivery slot come up suggesting it could be 3 weeks till I received the product. So, I tried to cancel but was then told product was about to ship. So, I let it go ahead, received it quickly and the product is fine. Just not the delivery misleading info. Please fix that. thanks.”

“To whom it may concern: When I put my order in about 3 weeks ago, I accidentally put in my home address for delivery; however, I am currently deployed to Afghanistan. So, I quickly sent a message to the ipump team, asking to change the address - thankfully you all said you would support. However, I think it was still sent to my home address. I received an email a while back saying it was delivered, and my buddy received his a week ago as we ordered at the same time. Can I get it sent to my deployment address, please? Thank you.
