“In th e French law art 121-2 du commerce. What they are doing is illegal. So we all have to file a complaint against them.
They are still refusing to repay me for the 15 months that they have been stealing from me.
We should all to something if we don't want it to continue for others naïfs people like me.
Thank you”
“Pure oplichting.
“IQ Metric is a scam. Its not a IQ test, its a scam thats made up with intention to steal your card details.
IQ Metric will lure you in with a 0,50 euro one-time-charge, and when you have given them your card information, they AUTOMATICALLY charge you 39 euros per month, first time only after 48 hours.
IQ Metric dont send you any receipts or notices about the actual subscription you made, or the upcoming automatic payments. Its up to you to notice these unauthorized payments sent from your bank account, until that they will steal what they can.
IQ Metric is doing this while being full aware that its illegal (under UK and EU laws) to take subscription payments without sending receipts or notices.
On many answers here, IQ Metric refers to their Terms&Conditions, and that by accepting them, you've given them a permission to charge you the 39 euros monthly, if you dont cancel the subscription in 48 hours. What they dont tell you, is that in fact the cool-off period for online purchases (including digital content) is 14 days. IQ Metric is just counting on you not to know your rights. Also, IQ Metric is full aware, that the Terms&Conditions must be shown clearly before you confirm the payment, and that it's not supposed to be behind a link or with a text with a tiny font size.
If you've been robbed by IQ Metric/Espresso.Social Ltd, please write your review on them on every platform you know, so that they will rise up on Google searches and people dont fall for this scam.

“I just took the test for on their website and I paid for 0.50 Euro and then they took money from my bank account 39 Euro even I've never done any subscription!! Only Test!! I sent them many emails about it and they never back to me! I think this company just scamming!! Fraud! Be careful and never do or buy anything on their service!!”
“I conducted a trial for 50 cents, and in fine print, there was a subscription involved. I canceled the subscription thr website, which states that cancellations can take up to 48 hours. I have an email as evidence of the service cancellation. This morning, the payment was successfully voided, and tonight I checked my bank account to find that I was charged again. I thought it was odd, so I checked and found that I am still subscribed. I then clicked on the "cancel subscription" option, and it displayed: "You are no longer subscribed, and no charges will be applied," yet beneath the screen, I am still subscribed. This false subscription cancellation is clearly a fraudulent practice.
I fervently wish for those involved in this to experience the consequences of their actions through the harshest possible means of karma.
I possess videos and photos that substantiate my statements.”
“As someone who values self-improvement, using iq-metric.com for an IQ test was a game-changer in understanding my intellectual strengths and weaknesses.”
