“I recently purchased an Iluma, but unfortunately, it broke down. I returned it to the store hoping to get a refund. However, the store refused to accept the return but instead offered a sealed IQOS ILUMA as a replacement. They assured me that IQOS would accept the return in this condition. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be the case. IQOS didn't accept a return for an opened product initially, so I ultimately decided to accept the sealed product. It's disappointing and feels unprofessional that even this solution wasn't accepted.”
