“He was meant to fix the protection over my camera. He rushed through it. Stuck the new protection on without properly checking and there was still dust on the lens. When I raised the issue, he took my phone from me, threatening to take it if I don't pay the full amount. He forced me to transfer the money then and there, while looking over my shoulder. Only then he agreed to re-do it. He tried taking the piece he had stuck on but he just ended up damaging my phone doing so, chipping the color. Overall terrible service.”
