I was considering get a new BMW ELECTRIC CAR. I preferred to sell my 2012 335i first which has 45000 miles only. Following advice to drive in to show used car manager first to get an appraisal first I did that few days ago. To my surprise I was shocked to be treated like an idiot! I have had service there several times and pretty good impression. I went to the show-room lobby to ask for an appraisal talking to a gentleman who looks like an Iranian or middle-easterner sale person at a desk.he took over the job for an appraisal evidently. After inspection of my car by a service mechanic the salesman concluded saying: “ your car we can pay 2000USD and that model has been discontinued! “. Mentioned no intention of showing me any new car for possible trade-in! Not interest of explaining why my car worth like a junk. [ It made me imaging that if I were a salesman that is a possibility to trick and get a cheep car for myself ] P.s. I got an offer for the same car later for 8500USD at other place in Anaheim.

Went in to order a part. Must have been invisible since all the employees inclusing the parts service clerk was too busy with their sitting to acknowledge or help. If customers are a burden then dont work in any role where you have interact with people.

This is one the worst place you can purchase a vehicle or do your service management just doesn't care employees don't care either Their tell you certain things don't exist on certain cars but they do they just too lazy go find the Car It's odd when the general manager never calls a customer back but yes I'm annoying general sales magic call that does absolutely nothing

Today at 11:58 AM I just bought the BMW X5 40e from Irvine BMW. We had one of the best experience in car buying in a very, very long time. I have visited 3 other dealerships and this one seems to be way better customer service than the others (Mckenna BMW is horrible). We were lucky to have Brandon Kim as our sales representative (internet fleet manager). He was very patient, friendly, helpful, accommodating, funny, hassle-free and authentic. They gave us a great deal on the car and made my buying experience very pleasant throughout the whole process and it was also quick and easy. I highly recommend for you to ask for Brandon when shopping for your next BMW.
