Ishop247 trading as Milenco, and also linked to ‘National Stock’, ‘stock & asset services’…all companies within same postcode! If that doesn’t tell you what you need to know then I don’t know what will. Sent out a lock box with no keys!..0 points for quality control, returns label via yodel at my own cost…delivered back to them..only to be told they are not the same company so no help. 0 points for customer service. Emails back and forth denial, brick walls, rude employees. Luckily I purchased via Klarna, who I raised a dispute through and only lost £4.50 return shipping cost! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

SHOCKING company!! One star is too many!! Terrible company to deal with!! I bought an awning for my van when it got delivered the driver for DX left the awning in front of my door resulting in this the awning has been stolen! I explained to the driver to leave it in a safe place like down the side of my van next to the fence or under the van if possible! Oh no it got left outside my front door!! Ishop247 aren’t accepting any liability for this as I spoke to the driver may I add who didn’t follow my instructions! So following this I’m £777 down and Iv had to buy another awning (not of Ishop247!!). I will never deal with this company again!! And I hope my review makes other people think twice because they don’t deserve the custom!! Don’t believe what ever they reply to this review because if I could copy and paste all the emails to this review I would!!! SHOCKING

Wrong part sent. Not remotely like the part I ordered. They agreed a return for refund but asked me to pay postage on the return and it would be refunded. I received the part refund but not the postage refund despite spending several weeks e mailing them. Don't trust them.

Great company to buy from! Fast delivery on my camping order meant we could get away last minute. Ignore the negative reviews, some people just cant be pleased.

Worst customer service I've experienced. The owner is deluded and will acuse the customer (victim?) of breaking the item when its a clear manufacturing/packaging issue. Only way I was going to get a replacement, no refund, was if I returned the broken product at my own expense. If they get this angry over having to replace a £15 item god knows what they'd do if you bought something expensive from them that didn't work.

had a very bad experience with this company. Ordered a fiamma f45 awning £500.11in good faith. Arrived damaged. Although ishop247 sold and distributed it they would not accept responsibility saying 'it had to return to the manufacturer. Over next two weeks they told me they had arranged collection on three separate occasions. I waited in all day.....no collection. I told them I needed the refund ASAP to purchase an alternative for upcoming holiday. This made no difference. Eventually they took responsibility and over the next week iwas toldit would be collected. Again waited in.... no collection. (You getting the drift). They then started blaming the courier's DX.(another realm of inefficiency). After 4 weeks it was eventually collected. It is appalling how this company treats it's customers. I do not want to turn this into a drawn out banter, but I just want to say one thing in response to ishop 24/7 response. ' you do have control over your courier's. Your company employs DX couriers and if you're not getting a good service from them then you should change your courrier to a more efficient one'.

Don't shop with this company they will not help if product faulty or not as advertised on Ebay just totally unprofessional and once they have your money it's F off to you!!!

Always looked after me well, seem to get a bit of negative press on here but people rarely write reviews when it goes well. My workshop is getting more and more Ferm tools in there now and they are decent quality.

Ishop247 lying again as per my last review. Never ever have they replaced ANY pump!!! Kept our money and never to see a replacement! Trading Standards are now on it.

Tried sending a boiler back with return label you sent post office said not valid cost me £15 to send back said they have lot of trouble with ishop returns.

Waited 6 weeks for product with no explanation and repeated emails requesting information went ignored. Was told a date eventually but date passed and it did not appear, so tried to cancel only to be told it could not be cancelled as the order was already shipped to the courier. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Terrible.

Purchased Milenco Quattro Levels (including bag) at the best price on the internet received the product next day delivery, on opening the packaging noticed the bag missing, contacted customer service no questions asked sent out a bag the following day, brilliant service would use again Ishop247 Thanks.

Levelling ramps I purchased damaged my motorhome tyres. Very little sympathy shown, refused to pay Rtn postage and I was left stranded in France with damaged tyres and no ramps. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

Have used Ishop247 for a number of years now, their Ferm range is brilliant for my workshop. I bought a Combitool and had an issue with the chuck which was rectified in less than 48 hours. Great service all round.

I ordered a 375watt bench sander from Ishop247 and the item was faulty. They would not issue a pre-paid postage label to send back insisting I did it myself and if faulty they would return postage. Ishop gave me back the full price (£78-99) for the faulty item but they then 'insisted' the item was 'not' faulty and returned only £4-15 of my £10-15 postage costs. This item was 13-5kg and I returned it in the most absolute cheapest way possible! Ishop reckoned that the £4-15 was for 'good-will' purposes only. No new customer with a valid claim should expect to lose £6 immediately on an 'new' item bought in good faith. I even asked for a new item of the same type rather than a refund but once met with their stance on postage I would not consider this. All ensuing correspondance with Ishop was met with the same result - they would not pay the remaining £6. I went elsewhere and eventually bought a better but more expensive Sander. I would not use Ishop again. Ebay, who oversaw my claim stated that Ishop were in the wrong for not issuing a pre-paid postage label. Ebay advised me (as I now advise you) to insist on this if you are ever in the same predicament. If Ishop refuses then Ebay would have stepped in and helped. Too late for me however but also a lesson in NOT EVER using Ishop again in the future. I do not normally write bad reviews but Ishop really does deserve one in this instance.
