“Good service. Polite on phone. However, when I asked the young lady on the phone how much Fidyani was, she had no idea. She had to check with another colleague. Please train ALL staff do that they know everything. Thank you.”

“Islamic Aid is a trustworthy website. Very easy to donate breaking every part down depending on where you would like to donate to. Always receive confirmation of a donation straight away. When I can donate, I will always use Islamic Aid”

“I asked in my letter (with my cheque donation) to send me a confirmation with details of how I asked my donation to be spent, but I have not got your e-mail yet?! Also please remember to send by post the history of each donation since date specified in my letter. Ramadan Mubarak and may Allah accept all your worship and hard work.
