“Very slow at responding to emails. Do not provied receipts when asked the first time. You will spend a lot of time dealing with their admin which is not the way charity should be. I no longer donate to them.”

“I donated for my sons aqeeqah and the only correspondents I had was a confirmation email. No contact regarding where or when it was completed. I got in touch asking for information and all I was told it was completed after 3 days of donating and couldn't be given any more information due to 'admin costs'”

“For regular donors kindly give us an update on how the money was used. What benefit it has made to others life. Who and how many were feed from our money How many orphans got shelter because of our charity. None of these is known”

“I started giving my donation years ago for orphan children. I would have liked to know specifically where my donation goes but instead I get contacted near Ramadan to donate more money.”
