“What amazing customer service these guys provide. After a mess up with my order they went above and beyond to correct the problem, all at their expense too. They really take on board what their customer reviews say and genuinely care about their customers. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was really polite and friendly too. Thank you. Can't wait to run out of Georgie porgie lemon drizzle velvet cake and order some more with this company.”

“Wonderful customer service, usually I find vape shops will try to sell you their most expensive products and will try and encourage you to buy more however the gentleman who served me was very patient and helped me to decide what I needed rather than what he wanted me to buy. I will definitely be returning. A very warm welcoming environment; thank you so much!”

“The website is very east to navigate, clear pricing and stock availability. I ordered at 9:30am for same day delivery and it was delivered by 1pm. Couldn't ask for better service than that”
