“I always get a warm welcoming when I go in, it's lovely that the staff really get to know the people they serve. It's also refreshing to have friendly conversations, sometimes I like going in just for the chat even if I don't need anything”

“Craig from the Welly Road store is a credit to the Island Vape company. He's knowledgeable, approachable and will always do his best for the customers. ( I mean, all the staff are lovely, but Craig deserves special recognition imo ) As a whole I highly recommend IV above any other local store, they have an excellent selection of juice, hardware and accessories and will strive to make sure you leave happy with your purchases. From vapers new to old, they have something for everyone.”
