“You need to reconsider how your loyalty points discount works. I shopped with you last week and was unable to use my voucher and this week also I would have been unable to use it so I was forced into having to purchase to lots of pods along with my juice. Just seems very unfair you should be able to use it regardless of what you are buying.”

Hi Stuart Thanks for the feedback and sorry you're not happy. You can use your loyalty points whenever you want to, however they cant be used in conjunction with other discounts (ie multi buy discounts, they must be used on the original RRP pricing) And often the multi buys work out just as good when you're using smaller vouchers (£5 for example) so sometimes its best to save your points, build them up and you can get some better discount on coils/pods or a new device. If you'd like to use your points next time, instead of the multi buy offer just ask and the staff can over-ride, just be aware it may not be as cost effective for you though ThankYou
