“So..not every purchase goes according to plan..but how you deal and resolve that situation is just as important to me and would definitely make me use a company again, I found a morning star reactor on the island vape website, immediately purchased that bad-boy and it turned up the next day freshly polished..but not in its original case and no COA , phoned them on the Saturday and the polite guy on the phone said someone had polished it and wrapped it up and posted it straight out forgetting to put it in its original flight case, he apologised and promised it would be sent the next day, sure enough it did arrive and they gave me a box of cotton as well👍🙏👍, awesome quick service and put right their mistake, can’t ask for anything more, thanks guys 👌”

“i always enjoy coming to all the shops the staff are very welcoming and always are full of advice that will help me cope with cutting down my smoking to eventually stop smoking this company will always have my loyalty.... if your thinking of stopping smoking go down and have a chat i will always reccomend this company”

“One-of-a-kind-top-of-the-shelf customer service. The manager even gave me a stacker from his private stock for free when they understood I had problems finding the product anywhere. The staff was extremely polite, friendy and service-minded on the phone as well. Trust me: it does not get better than this, ever anywhere. I will always look here first from now on. Do yourself a favour: do the same.”
