“I placed my order 12 days ago (9 working days) and it still hasn't arrived which is extremely frustrating. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the customer service team replied promptly when I got in touch last week to ask for an update on my late order which was good. Thank you for your feedback. We recommend removing the insoles so the crease protectors have a snugger and tighter fit into the shoes, preventing even the smallest of creases.

“In the instructions it says to pull out the inner sole of the shoe, do you really have to pull it out to wear the shields. I’ve tried them without lifting the sole out and it’s not the most comfortable.”
