“On 7 January 2020, I purchased 3 vouchers from Itison for afternoon tea with 9 Royal Exchange Square. I telephoned the restaurant as soon as I purchased the vouchers to book any date and time available, only to be told there were no dates available. I was told to telephone them again to see if there were slots available. Lockdown occurred at this time. As soon as Lockdown was lifted, I telephoned Itison to enquire what was happening about these vouchers. I was informed by someone on the telephone that the offer was not now available and I would receive a refund. Having waited for several weeks for my refund to be paid into my bank account, I sent an email to Itison regarding this. I received a reply from them saying as the vouchers were out of date I wasn't entitled to a refund.
Firstly, to be treated like this by Itison is disgraceful. Secondly, 9 Royal exchange Square obviously offered more vouchers than they could honour.
I would urge everyone to rethink purchasing from Itison and 9 Royal Exchange Square”
“We bought a spa voucher not realising it was for a hotel in a differing location to where we thought. Notified itison within a couple of days from purchase and received a full refund without any issues. Have purchased a number of deals through itison and never been disappointed. Great work Itison! 👏”
“I have just been on the phone to itison as the weekends that I am available to go for my over night stay is fully booked. I have asked for an extension as my husband works away and we only have certain weekends we can use it. My children bought it for us for Christmas and itison is basically saying I would just need to use it through the week (SOME PEOPLE DO WORK ) I think there service is a disgrace and I feel for my children who have just wasted there money. I would not RECOMMEND ITISON to anyone as they were not helpful in anyway whatsoever.”
“Purchased vouchers pre lockdown but the venue closed and remained so beyond expiry. Neither Itison nor the retailer willing to extend or refund despite being unable to fulfil the voucher. Isn't his theft? Have bought regularly from itison but no more! Poor show from them”

“Tried to buy tickets for elfingrove. Big promo advertising sale of tickets at 7.30am At 7.15am i got into their site and when i went to book, the system blocked, saying system error but 50k tickets had already been sold.Could then not get back in to book until 8.20am when all tickets had gone. Very bad service”
“They are selling vouchers for Hotels where you are never going to get a room on the nights you want. In the next 8 weeks they have no Saturdays although the hotel has space. You are basically going to pay them money, be nable to use your voucher and they will keep your money. They do not care once they have your money. So be wary that unless you can use a hotel on a night that suits them and are 'very' flexible you probably wont be using your voucher. Cost me £155 for NOTHING”
