Dishonest company.
After being offered a 10% discount as a new customer I decided to place an order. However, the code would not work. So after conversations with them I was instructed to make the purchase and they would honour the discount after. I followed their instruction and then requested the 10% refund only to be told they would not refund me!
I hate unnecessary dishonesty.
Sadly Iwoot cannot be trusted.

Bunch of cowboys!!! Ordered an item in plenty of time for a gift, they lied about their delivery time so when it FINALLY arrived it was far too late. Sent it back for a refund, have received a partial refund with no explanation and I’m still fighting it now several weeks on! Awful customer service, no idea what they are talking about and the company is just blatantly trying to hang on to my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Absolutely disgrace of a company, 11 days of no dispatch so I asked for a refund and they said it would be in my account in 5 working days, messaged several times and a month and a half later I still have not been refunded. I wouldn't bother ordering from them! What a joke

AVOID......AWFUL EXPERIENCE
They took my payment and 10 days later the order is still sat in the warehouse. Apparently they print the free tshirt with item as the order comes in. ??? No ETA , rubbish customer service. My grandson didn't get his birthday present, but yet I cannot get a refund as my order has gone too far... their words not mine. I have a form from my bank sent via email , I am hoping to claw back the money that way.
