How can I complain? BOUGHT A PAIR OF HOLOGEN HEATER ONIN SEPTEMBER. ONE WAS FAULTY FROM THE BEGINNING THE OTHER WENT WRONG LAST MONTH. IN SPITE OF COMPLAINTS VIA EMAIL THEY KEPT QUIET. THE MATTER SHOULD BE REPORTED TO CONSUMER SERVICE. THIS IS A CHEAT ORGANISATION. MOST OF THE REVIEWS SAY TJAT

Hi I have just ordered and then had a online chat asking were my order was later that day I found out that my order had been cancelled . So I then had another online chat and they said my money would be returned into my account between 3-5 days will I evan get my money back. Do not get anything from this web sight !!!!
