Tried to get hold of the company to ask why 5 day delivery, 14 days later in still in progress, no Christmas jumper !
No means of getting old of company for money back , very poor customer service, lucky I only purchased one iterm , was looking to buy a lot of things now been put off due to you can't message them if there is a problem , Is an option but you can't use it ... zero customer service đŸ˜‘

Don’t ever order from them!! Over 20 days and no idea about when my delivery is due… each member of the team tells me the same thing that they have ‘escalated’the issue!! Escalated since 20 days and still no change in dialogue besides their meaningless apology and I have to go out of pocket and buy gifts for my child again for Christmas! DO NOT TRUST THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY
