I returned two items, the lady cavendish , jacket and skirt. I have yet to receive a refund. The refund is over $400! It has been months. I have called and email several times. I have been promised time and time again that my refund will be done in about two weeks. It never happens, yet you keep sending me catalogs. I have been a long time Customer J Peterman, needless to say, I will not be purchasing from you all any longer.

I would not even give this company 1 star!!! I returned merchandise 2 months ago and have not received refund yet! I have called 3 times, always being promised the refund was expedited. Furthermore, I would NOT recommend J Peterman to ANYONE!!! If I don’t receive my refund by end of day, I will be contacting my attorney!!!!!

Ordered a sweater, shirt and a jacket 09/2023. Products are quality, but slow customer service. I did not realize that the shirt only came in a small so I sent back for an exchange. After a very reasonable amount of time I never received updated information and finally requested a refund. Everything with this company takes way to long. Would not recommend.

I'm trying to return 4 items I purchased and they are claiming they are final sale, but there was nothing on the website indicating it was a final sale item, only sale item. I can get a supervisor to talk with. The parts are all too short, and the dress is see through. I would never have ordered anything if I had know they were final sale. I guess their new policy is only to refund full price items.

This is no doubt the worst online retailer on Earth. The descriptions and photos are inadequate. But most important, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. I gave up after a month and filed a dispute with Visa. When I told them I was going to do that if they didn't process my refund, they just gave an electronic shrug and said they were a bit behind.

And let me tell you some things, this company does not care about its customers at all! That's why they don't include the shipping labels in the box because that would just make sense right? Then they give the customer service agent lies to feed to customers about refunds taking 14 days to process.
