Ordered a sweater, shirt and a jacket 09/2023. Products are quality, but slow customer service. I did not realize that the shirt only came in a small so I sent back for an exchange. After a very reasonable amount of time I never received updated information and finally requested a refund. Everything with this company takes way to long. Would not recommend.

I'm trying to return 4 items I purchased and they are claiming they are final sale, but there was nothing on the website indicating it was a final sale item, only sale item. I can get a supervisor to talk with. The parts are all too short, and the dress is see through. I would never have ordered anything if I had know they were final sale. I guess their new policy is only to refund full price items.

This is no doubt the worst online retailer on Earth. The descriptions and photos are inadequate. But most important, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. I gave up after a month and filed a dispute with Visa. When I told them I was going to do that if they didn't process my refund, they just gave an electronic shrug and said they were a bit behind.

And let me tell you some things, this company does not care about its customers at all! That's why they don't include the shipping labels in the box because that would just make sense right? Then they give the customer service agent lies to feed to customers about refunds taking 14 days to process.

Charged almost $200 for a sweater on Oct. 10. Today is Oct. 26, no shipping status, where is my sweater?… well I call customer service who tells me they never had it in stock and never will get it in stock and their policy is they do not notify the customer, they just refund money 30 days from the order date. What? where do they get the right to keep my money for 30 days? terrible

They refused any refund or exchange, citing their very hard to find and basically hidden 60-day policy, and sent it back, KEEPING MY $.
