“ Utterly awful company. Seem to be unable to complete a basic transaction or offer any form of customer service. I tried, but failed, to make my first order with them as they strung me out and cost me money. I will never interact with them again and I suggest you do not start. ”

“ Set up and account, given a credit limit and when I placed my first order a few days later they cancelled the order and removed my credit limit with absolutely no contact regarding the matter. Customer service is useless, just fob you off with copy and paste replies. This will have now have an impact on my credit file, so they will be reported the the financial ombudsman. Avoid this company! ”

“ The clothes are great, but the worst customer service in the game. Had an issue were the website reverted my delivery address to an old address and I couldn't get hold of anyone after hours of trying. Truly poor. ”
