“I had a gas fire from Jacks garden store. Works very well in my Tropical Fish House, and helps keep my Aquariums warm. May need to buy one more heater, as fish house is 40 feet long.”

“Good bike shed, easy enough to assemble on my own took half a day plus time to make a solid base. Ordered two however just one arrived, called the store who appologised and arranged for the "missing" one to be sent. Great value, good service.”

“Jo was very helpful and friendly. She arranged for the secure store was delivered promptly to my head teacher's address in Kyle of Lochalsh as the supplier would not deliver to the school address. I would certainly use Jack's Garden Store again.”

“the speed of delivery is astounding, this company should tender for space exploration, why? cause it's out of this world. the products first class, customer care on a par with Harrods, needs a better place on the internet to get more customers.”

“I ordered a Norlog tree seat which was sold as being easy to assemble which was a little worrying. When it arrived the instructions, whilst brief, were fine and it took about half an hour to assemble and is absolutely perfect. Can't fault it at all. Recommend the product and the service - it arrived within three days of order.”

“I ordered a Herb Wheel which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the Herb Wheel itself, which was not the fault of Jack's Garden Store, but they dealt with it immediately and efficiently and I received a replacement wheel within a couple of days. I was very pleased with their response and they were lovely to deal with. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them in the future.”
