“Mixed feelings. The trophy I ordered was sent without the wooden base - but they sent another one out as soon as I complained. . . . . sadly they sent the wrong size. Again, they put this right and sent the correct size as soon as I complained. Bad at making errors - but brilliant at correcting them.”
