“Terrible experience Terrible experience. I have been asking Williams to fix a ‘life-saving’ feature on my car for three years. They just shrug under the cover of ‘its jaguars fault’. Secondly, the paint has started peeling off the sill of the car! I booked it in. They kept it for 7 days and just returned it. Saying jaguar hadn’t decided if they would fix it! Incredible! I got a random email 4 weeks later from Williams saying Jaguar aren’t going to fix the paint! No explanation! Just a ‘no’. Very poor service. I paid £50k for a car where the paint is peeling off. They are refusing to fix it. I’m taking them to court. Total joke.”
