“The plumber returned twice after the first visit (all in one day) to rectify the problems following the difficult job. He could have done with an extra set of hands in all honesty to plan the refitting and to lift the very heavy radiators back onto the wall but with my assistance it was managed. Further to the refitting there was a leak which will hopefully remain fixed.”

“Can't recommend this company enough to anybody. They are so professional and friendly. I recently had someone from an estate agent who went out to my rental property to check the gas and the engineer come back saying there was all sorts of problems with the boiler and that to fix it would cost 1500 pounds and then I got a second opinion from James Foy plumbing who came back and said there was just a minor fault on the boiler and to fix it would cost 169 pounds. They sent me a quotation for the work and told me they could start the work within a couple of days- least to say I was a happy lady. Really efficient and a reputable company.”

“I've used James Foy for a number of jobs over the past couple of years. Excellent service throughout from Gemma, Neil and Peter. No pressure or expectation to agree or undertake work, easy to understand quoatations with full explenation and support throughout. I would highly reccomend James Foy to anybody.”

“Tony C phoned ahead and was early. He thoroughly checked for the source of the leak and was able to address the problem on the day very efficiently and in a professional manner. The back office staff were very efficient with scheduling the job and dealing with invoicing. We are very pleased with the attentions to detail in doing the job and the level of organisation in planning the work to be done. We can't ask for more from the staff and would not hesitate in recomending! Mr Mills”

“First we were quoted a price for a new shower and some tiling. The guy who came quickly released that it wasn't a problem with the shower but the water into the shower. He fixed this within an hour or so and as a result took almost £300 off the bill. We are delighted. Would highly recommend James Foy Plumbing.”

“Superb service on all counts. My terrace house, c.1900 has just entered the 21st century with proper heating, installed neatly, quickly and professionally. I also want to emphasize how how good all the people were to work with -- James went the extra mile in coordinating everything (and getting me fuse wire!), Gemma in the office has been a superb communicator, and Peter and Tony, who did the installation, did a beautiful job.”

“Having had my parents deceived by previous companies I searched on Which trusted and found James Foy. From the initial call to arrange a visit through to the work being completed we found your service to be outstanding from all. Living over 400 miles away from my parents it is difficult to monitor and ensure they are not being taken advantage of, James Foy I am pleased to say are one of the good guys! We will be using your services again in the near future as some bathroom alterations are needed.....and recommending you to all! On behalf of my mum, thank you so much!”
