“The staff were pleasant and helpful. A job well done. The drains appear unblocked and the smell is disappearing. The men were late so a phone call to explain would have been appreciated. I had to phone the office. The receptionist did apologise.”

“The plumber returned twice after the first visit (all in one day) to rectify the problems following the difficult job. He could have done with an extra set of hands in all honesty to plan the refitting and to lift the very heavy radiators back onto the wall but with my assistance it was managed. Further to the refitting there was a leak which will hopefully remain fixed.”

“Communication throughout has been clear and concise. Were running slightly late, but let us know after a quick call. Work was quoted fairly and engineer was clear about options and what would be most effective. Engineer was friendly, worked tidily, and worked hard the full time he was at the property. We would recommend James Foy Plumbing to others, and would certainly use them again! many thanks”

“thank you for sorting out a problem with our central heating , after having a power flush the engineer found we had a problem which he sorted and the system works better than it has for years”
