“I purchased a James Martin vanity from Vanity Depot which after unpacking and assembling noted a manufacturers defect in the preparation of the counter top. The final finish was improperly applied resulting in surface defects, shading inconsistencies and drip marks along the front edges. When registering my complaint the manufactured accused me of using a cleaner that irreversibly damaged the counter top which would void the warranty. There was no cleaner or product used on the counter top at any point and the manufacturers attempt to shift blame on the consumer is a blatant refusal to stand behind their manufacturer's warranty and is consistent with prior practices as evident by the litany of similar complaints registered against this company. The hubris to accuse the customer of malfeasance is unspeakable.”
